Mindful Relationship Coaching Program

8–10 Weeks Toward Presence, Connection, and Peace

This transformative coaching program is designed to guide you from a reactive, self-focused mindset—marked by overthinking, blaming, and rumination—into a more spacious, open, and grounded presence. By integrating two core practices, one personal and one relational, the program supports your evolution into a more aware, compassionate, and connected way of being.

The Core Practices

1. Mindfulness Meditation
A daily practice of observing breath and body sensations with the intention of becoming an impersonal, non-judgmental witness to your internal experience. Like space that holds everything without resistance, this practice helps you step back from your thoughts and feelings and rest in awareness itself.

2. Reflective Listening
A relational practice done at least twice a week with a partner, friend, or in a small group (3–4 people). Here, the aim is to listen without reacting, advising, or inserting your own opinions. You simply reflect the speaker’s words, emotions, and even their pauses—offering them your full, empathic presence. Over time, you shift from being a reactive responder to a spacious, attuned witness for others.

These two practices complement and deepen each other. As you strengthen mindfulness within, your capacity to listen non-reactively to others grows—and vice versa.

More Than Just Techniques

These aren’t random skills—I share with you the practices that have shaped my life’s work. Mindfulness was the focus of my doctoral research, and I’ve immersed myself in silent retreats and daily practice for years. Reflective listening is at the heart of my person-centered therapy approach, rooted in unconditional positive regard. These practices have become my way of being, both personally and professionally.
