You may appear successful on the outside yet feel stuck, disconnected, uncertain, or held back by patterns that no longer serve you.
DESI is designed to help you consciously transform the way you see yourself, relate to your emotions, and show up in your life.
This program combines mindfulness, psychology, coaching, self-reflection, and experiential learning to help you move beyond old conditioning and step into a more authentic, confident, and purposeful version of yourself.

About the Facilitator
Mahip Rathore, PhD, is a psychologist, mindfulness teacher, and coach who helps people break free from limiting patterns and create lives aligned with their values, purpose, and potential.
Drawing from psychology, mindfulness, contemplative wisdom traditions, and years of clinical and coaching experience, he helps clients cultivate greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, resilience, and meaningful transformation.
